How AIR came to be.

In 2020, Allies In Recruiting was born out of a commitment to create a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable industry. A collective of talent professionals united by shared goals: to combine knowledge, create resources, and empower one another to rebuild an industry that is more conscious of its biases as well as intention around belonging.

The founders grew Allies in Recruiting to include more than 100 members which currently represent over 70 companies in the creative industry. Many of the original founders are involved today as either an advisor or an active partner.

With over 100+ Allies strong and growing we see it as our responsibility to scale this initiative far and wide and in 2022 we joined forces with The One Club. This union allows all allies an opportunity to share their knowledge and resources across the industry and beyond.
